How long does processing take?
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You'll receive an email with tracking info once ur order ships!
Do u ship internationally?
Sorry bestie, we currently only ship within the US! Maybe one day we'll go global ♡
Can I change my order after placing it?
We process orders super fast! If u need to make changes, email us at shopkissa.mp4@gmail.com ASAP and we'll try our best.
What if my package is lost?
If ur tracking shows delivered but u didn't get it, check with neighbors or ur local post office. If it's actually lost, we'll send a replacement!
